Hello,
I am an FAE at a distributor that handles TI products.
I received an inquiry from my customer about the TPS61071-Q1.
The inquiry is about the SW pin being shorted to ground.
So I checked the E2E and found the following thread.
However, this thread has been handled by private email halfway through.
My customer would like to know in this thread why the SW pin is shorted to ground and how to fix it.
Can you provide us with any information about this?
