Hello Team,

BQStudio not able to detect BQ34210. It is showing the below prompt when I tried to open BQStudio when connecting battery and EV2300 to BQ34210 EVM. But I dont know why I am getting this error.

    Hello Vinay,

    We would recommend using the EV2400 to connect with bqStudio. What version of windows are you using? Also, make sure to ensure that the gauge is properly powered up since I don't see an devices being autodetected.
