BQ40Z50: bqStudio 1.3.127 is connected to the EV2300 fixture, but the battery information is not read

Tool/software:

The EV2300 automatically disconnects when it reads the Gauge, resulting in no visibility into battery parameters.What could be the reason? my windows is windows11

    Hello June,

    I see that the device is not being auto-detected. Please ensure that the gauge is properly being powered. Also another thing to check is the gauge could be in shutdown mode, so if you ensure that the gauge is being power then apply a voltage on the PACK pin to wake up the gauge from shutdown.
