Hi team,

In BQ25622, not charging and charge terminated use same value, how could system know the real charge status? Not charging or charge term?

In BQ25898, there is a specific value for charge termination done.

Hi Kailun,

On the BQ25622 input from other register values will be needed to confirm whether CHG_STAT = 0h indicates charge termination or not charging.

If /CE pin is driven low and EN_CHG = 1 to enable charge then CHG_STAT will only output a value of 0h to indicate charge termination. The built in ADC function can also be used to check whether battery voltage matches expectation for termination.
