My name is Kevin Vitwar, we are designing in your TLV76750DRVR, TPS7A2533DRVR, and TPS72301DRVR.
It is critical for us to obtain the proper operation temperature range and at what node your data is collected, as we are determining operational lifetime and the associated junction temperature.
If you already have lifetime data including IC channel temperature and at what node(s) i.e. mated surface or external case or theoretical value, the temperature(s) are measured.
As we will be able to incorporate your product. Currently, the data sheet has a max junction temperature of 150 degree C for all regulators. We would like to see how the lifetime of the product reacts to being at these temperatures and desire to resolve these ambiguities before we make a final determination in its end use.
As this would be wonderful in our simulations to lab measurements.
