TPS1663: Unused OVP Termination

Hi team,

Could you let me know how to terminate unused OVP pin?
How should I configure R1, R2 and R3?
Is R1=IN ,R2=floating, R3=GND OK?

Hello Kazuki,

IN and PIN together.

UVLO connected to IN with 1M Ohms(R1) resistor.

OVP shoted to GND(R3=Ohms)

R2 remove.

Hi Amrit-san,

With respect to the Pullup resistor to in of UVLO, at 1M Ω, the comparator input impedance becomes too high, and the effect of noise is concerned. I want to keep it to around 10k Ω. Is there any problem?

Hello Kazuki,

you can do that. Make sure the UVLO pin voltage is more than the threshold.
