Hi Team,

Do we have integrated FET PoE supply? The efficiency need to >85%. And do we have QR flyback PoE controller, customer is prefer to QR Flyback. If not, they will use 200kHz switching frequency. 2 channel output.

    Hi Francis,

    TPS23755 and TPS23758 are both 13 W af. PD with integrated PWM CTL + primary FET + error amplifier for PSR. Both are fixed switching frequency + frequency dithering for EMI, and both could meet 85% efficiency with good DC/DC design. 

    TPS23755’s CP pin is designed for secondary side diode rectification. It is optimized for 12V – 24V output applications or low cost 5V applications using diode on the secondary side. Besides, TPS23755 has secondary side adapter priority, which is good for 12V – 24V adapter on the secondary side. 

    TPS23758’s CP pin is designed for secondary side sync FET. It is optimized for 5V, 3.3V output applications. Besides, TPS23758 has primary side adapter priority, which is good for 24V – 57V adapter on the primary side.
