Hi,

I'm looking for assistance with updating the FCC without following the full procedure involving FC and VDQ flags. Could you please provide an example with specific register names and values?

You can write to the Fuel Gauging/State/Learned Full Charge Capacity register (enable advanced view in bqStudio preferences to get the physical address in the Data Memory view - this is specific to a firmware version) with smbus write commands.

Updating the "Learned Full Charge Capacity" register will not affect the "Full Charge Capacity" value, and as a result, the "State of Health" will also remain unchanged.
Is it possible to program this using Advanced Comm SMB? If yes, how can I update the Full Charge Capacity (FCC)?

Please reset the gauge after you programmed this value.
