Do TI have Chager Solution for series 2Cell NiMH Batt.?

Batt Cell is 1.2V/1000mA.

Charger will be designed to 1/2C(500mA) charger...

We have a battery charger quick search at power.ti.com that can help you find a suitable charger. The bq2000 is our simplest switching charger while the bq2002 is a very simple linear charger.
