Hi Experts,

Ta means the ambient temp from -40 to 70C, right? Ambient temp should not be over 70C. And the working temp of ULN2003 is 150C(Tj), right? Thanks.

Hi Skylar,

That is correct, the Abs Max junction temperature is 150C and the junction temperature should stay below that to avoid damage to the device.

Hi Skylar,

Please see TPL7407L and TPL7407LA, they use MOSFETs and have up to 600mA channel sink capability.

Hi Patrick,

If they want to use 7 channel or more in a device, and each channel needs to have 100% duty withstanding at least 300mA at the same time, could TPL7407L and TPL7407LA satisfy the requirements? If not, could you pls recommend a suitable device(>7 channel is ok)? Thanks.

Hi Skylar,

The TPL devices are our highest performing 7+ channel devices, and can't support 300mA+ at 100% duty cycle. There is a plot in the typical characteristics section with the current capability vs duty cycle vs number of channels active. The customer can parallel channels for higher current capability.
