In datasheet,www.ti.com/.../LM5163-Q1
5163-Q1 “integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs” withstand voltage
states that the “Absolute Maximum Ratings” for the entire IC range is from -0.3V to 100V.
My customer Imagine that the withstand voltage of "integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs" inside the IC is higher than 100V.
Do you have data about Specific withstand voltage please?
