TPS25762DQ1EVM: Downloaded FW package to flash the eval board but the says the baslowregion FW not supported

Trying to flash with settings i set in the online GUI TPS57XX Q1, but when i try to flash with the custom settings i have set on the GUI, it doesnt like the base image im using. Says compatible image is f311.03.11 or f311.03.10, which i dont have in the zip file that i downloaded.

Let me know if i can get a link to this .bin file. thanks!

Hi Julian,

Please confirm that you have selected device TPS25762D-Q1 on the Quick Start pane. Or you can confirm by checking the top right of the configuration pane.

actually i just realized the part we are using is TPS25762CQRQLRQ1

Hi Julian,

The 762C device requires F311 firmware as the GUI suggests.

To get the F311 firmware package, please navigate to https://www.ti.com/tool/TPS257XX-Q1-GUI/. Then follow the "Request now" link. On the next page, there should be several F311 options on the left hand side. Please use the newest F311 version.
