Hi Tommy,

Please see the comments below

1. The current sensing resistor needs to be 0.255 Ohm for TPS23861.

2. The FET is recommended to meet below conditions at least. Otherwise there may be a risk of TPS23861 fails in the foldback function.
• Vth(gs) min > 2 V, max < 4 V
• Rds (on) : 50mohm ~ 150mohm at Vgs =10V
• Ciss : less then 2000pF
• Qg : less then 50nc
• BVdss : larger then 100V

3. It is recommended to add a RC at RESET pin. 4.7k + 1uF may work.
