The output voltage requirement is 5V Onkar. I had few more queries :
1. Do we have any variant with SS/TR feature that is available in TPS54060?
2. I think even TPSM365R6 is a suitable match for TPS54060, would like to have your feedback on this.
3. Can you pls highlight & explain the difference in Power good functionality between these 3 ICs?

No Jagruti, All the alternative modules are with fixed soft start but if you want to configure soft start time you could use techniques suggested in Adjusting the soft-start time of an integrated power module. However, tracking won't be possible
Yes, you can consider TPSM365R6 too. It has fixed 5V output voltage variant option if that is desired.
Power good feature of all the three ICs have similar operation
