I’m sorry but to me the calculator ask too many think that I don’t know

Practically we don’t too much

Imput voltage is +/- 10% around 19Volt

Output voltage should be around 13.5 volt +/- 2%

Output current should the maximum the IC can handle (5A)

What really matter is that the converter is able to start even if I have up 15 dc-dc converter down to the output, each one with his capacitor. The final current should be around 1 amp but at the startup could be more than 5 amp

And is not problem if there will be a ramp to the final output voltage

I checked your we bench design it looks fine to me. To understand issue in detail could you please share startup test waveforms?

If you could plot following waveforms, it would be great

1. Vout
2. SS pin voltage
3. COMP
4. Inductor current
5. SW node voltage
