We have been using the TPS61022RWUR part for one of our customer's applications, but the part is failing inconsistently during operation. The VBatt voltage is a maximum of 3.7V.
It has been observed that Pin-2 (SW) is showing inconsistent switching pulses, which is causing damage to the internal MOSFET and leading to IC failure. As a result, each failure requires replacing the part.
Below is the schematic diagram of the IC being used in the product.
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated to help resolve this issue!
