Tool/software:
During testing of a designed TPSM63610 12V supply circuit, it was found that the supply is rising to about 56C without a load attached to it and then has a temp rise of about 6C/amp from there. Looking for some insight on why this might be happening. Attaching schematic below, used the webench tool for help here as well as referencing the EVM board schematics and testing done. The PCB we designed follows the guidelines in the datasheet & the EVM board user guide.
Looking for assistance to make sure something wasnt missed or to explain this behavior.
