Dear Experts,

We are applying BQ24610, and the schematic diagram is as follows. When the input voltage is 24V and the battery voltage is 12.4V, the load power path （V_SYSTEM）waveform is a sawtooth waveform,and the peak voltage is about equal to the battery voltage. Is this normal? Also, does the input voltage of the adapter need to be greater than the battery voltage for the chip to start normally

Do you see this at lower input voltages?

Hi Christian,

When the battery is 12V, the input voltage starts to increase from 12V, and when the voltage reaches 14V, a sawtooth waveform begins to appear. I think the waveform is generated at the beginning of charging, is that correct？Thank you
