1、Linear charging IC: wide voltage input range of 9V-13.5V, charging current can reach 0.9A

2、Lithium Overcapacity Protection IC: Equipped with low-temperature protection for charging and discharging and low-voltage charging prohibition function, with overcharge protection voltage of 3.65V and over discharge protection voltage of 2.3V

I recommend the BQ25188 or BQ25185, depending on whether you prefer an I2C-controlled or standalone (RC-settable) charger.
