TPS22990: Unused Pin Question

Hi, 

  I'm currently using the TPS22990DMLR in my design and do not want to use CT (pin 1). I currently have it as a no connect but I'm wondering if it should instead be shorted to ground? 

This question is based on pg. 17 of the datasheet, where it states "Without any capacitor on the CT, the rise time is at its minimum for fastest timing."
