TPS54332: output error

Part Number: TPS54332

Tool/software:

The TPS54332 chip is designed to provide a 3.3V power supply for the DSP. The actual circuit is shown in the picture. The P6 input power supply is 5V. Due to the anti reverse diode connected to the input port, the actual voltage to TPS54332 is 4.75V. At this time, the output of TPS54332 is only a few volts. Through actual testing, it was found that the input voltage of TPS54332 needs to reach 4.85V or more for TPS to output 3.3V voltage normally. According to the datasheet, the supply voltage of 54332 can be as low as 3.5V. What is the reason for the abnormal operation of 54332? thank you
