Thanks for the inquiry. TI offers a lineup of P-channel FETs which you can find at the link below. The maximum breakdown voltage is -20V for TI P-channel FETs. I believe the molding compounds used in our plastic packaged parts are all UL 94 V-0 flammability rated. TI also has chip scale devices with no plastic packaging. If you can share your requirements, I can help find a device that best meets your needs.
