The limitation on the low end of Vout is the reference voltage of 1V.
The limitation on the high end of Vout is the combination of frequency and the fixed 2.2uH inductor.
Since the inductor value is fixed in a module, you will have limits on the combinations of frequency and input/output
voltages that can be used and still maintain a reasonable inductor current ripple.
