Tool/software:
In my design, I need to support a connection to a very large bank of capacitors (~560uF). After simulating the circuit, I need a soft start of 20-30ms to avoid significant inrush currents. In webench.ti.com, when I try to enter my desired soft start time, I get an error if I enter a number greater than 10ms. Can you please explain if there is some problem with using this number of time for a soft start?
