LM5575: LM5575 output unstable with load

Hi team,

My customers OTIS are verifying LM5575 in their new elevator platform and found some probem.

VIN=48V, VOUT=27V, the output is unstable when there's no load and the output exists a 22Hz sawtooth wave, please kindly see below:

  • Not every devices have this issue, customers tested 40 pcs and 17 pcs of them had.
  • when add a load>100mA, this issue disappeared.
  • When we use soft start, establish time of 48V VIN=10ms, the output had no problem; but if the establish time is very short like 1ms, this issue will always exist.

Could you kindly help give some suggestions to us?
