TPS65994AD: Intel ARL-H+HBR retimer+TPS65994BH, TBT device will loss sometimes

Hi Ti Team,

We are developing Intel ARL-H platform + Hayden Bridge+TPS65994BH design, and we meet TBT device loss issue,  TBT4 device will disconnect and then connect again some times, we capture the PD's I2C/INT/CC pins state and found when issue happened

1. PD will pull low I2C_EC_IRQ# (I2C1) to EC first------>2.EC write message to PD 0x2F------>3. PD pull low I2C2_IRQ to CPU----->4.CPU read informtion from PD------>5.PD pull low TCP0_Reset(GPIO2)------>6.TBT 

    device will disconnect and connect again, please refer to below waveform, we don't kown why PD start a disconnect and connect process, could you help to give some advice? thanks
