would like to clarify if the CCWD can use 10uF or 22uF to set the longer CWD time or not? because the C_CWD capacitor is test between 100pF and 1uF in the datasheet.
may we use 10uF and 22uF for longer time design?

We cannot guarantee device behavior if specifications as reported in the datasheet are not met.
Please provide your design requirements so that I can check if another watchdog in our portfolio can suit with better.
TPS3435-Q1 has more fix timing option. Please check this device as well.

Hi Yulung,
The total device tolerance can be found in section 6.8 Typical Characteristics. Please check the figure 6.6 Normalized Watchdog Timeout (tWD) Accuracy (SET1 = 1, CWD = NC) and 6.7 Normalized Watchdog Timeout (tWD) Accuracy (SET1 = 1, CWD = 10kΩ)
And all the external capacitor and resistor tolerance is additional.
