TPS27S100: I out explanation in external current limit calculation

what is I(out) in the equation? is it the external current limit value or the maximum output current?  

I want to limit current to 1.88 A, and am taking VIILM(th)=1.233, KILIM(th)=2000, as per the datasheet and Iout as 1.88A , is this calculation correct ?

    IOUT is the current limit. In the case of a 1.88A current limit, you would want a 1.3k resistor (rounded for standard 1% values).

    You also should account for the accuracies of the current limit. Using your 1.88A current limit, I ran the following calculations:
