Hello,
I'm using BQ7694202 and from some reason CHG and DSG are always inactive. Device communicates well, I'm reading voltages of each cell, stack, LD and all seems fine. Additionally, reading AlarmStatus 0x62 does not return any active alarm.
But still, battery is not charging as MOSFETs are off all the time. I'm using MCU debugger and stopping the code prior to IC config or after does not help, MOSFETs are always off. It is 8 cell configuration. I not programmed any OTP.
Any advice?
