Hi Sir,

My customer use TPS65994BH at USB4 applicaiton (with Asmedia solution) and is processing PD certification now. Customer response they need PD version as R3.1 v1.8 to get U4 logo but our FW support R3.0 v2.0 currently.

1. We use GUI v6.4.32 currently. Does customer need to upgrade their FW to v6.4.35 fo meet the reguirement? Or is it necessary for upgrating PD version for U4 certification?

2. For those issues below, Can we fix them through modifing VIF?

Hi,

Can you provide the logs, .pjt, and VIF? What PDFW version they are using?

TEST.PD.PROT.ALL3.8, TEST.PD.PROT.SRC.8, and TEST.PD.VDN.SNK.1 should be able to fix by changing VIF/.pjt setting.

Hi Tommy,

PD FW is F909.12.06. PJT and VIF are as attached.

And, is PD version necessary to meet R3.1 v1.8 or later for U4 certification?
