TLV431B: Obsolescence & suffix questions

Part Number: TLV431B


Tool/software:

Is anyone able to inform me whether part 'TLV431BQDBVTG4' is still active? 

Many of the G4 suffix devices seem to be obsolete, however part TLV431BQDBVT is active. 

I assume G4 is the packaging type but I would like to be sure.

    Hello Aaron,

    TLV431BQDBVRG4 is listed as active on ti.com, but I do not see a TLV431BQDBVTG4. The only difference between these two part numbers is the size of the tape and reel, the devices have the same properties.

    You are also correct that parts with "g4" and parts without do have different lead finish/ball material. For example this can be seen on page 29 of the datasheet:
