BQ27Z746:SOC 不能更新

您好,我们用到BQ27Z746在设计一款产品过程中,发现一颗电池放电到了3V以后,静止的时间超过5个小时,SOC仍然显示是100%,然后再充电到截止电压4.4V,这过程中,SOC一直是100%也没有更新,能告诉我是什么原因导致SOC一直不更新吗
