TI Replacement for Linear LT1121CST-3.3 LDO

I am building some EVMs and need an pin-compatible LDO drop in replacement for the Linear Technologies LT1121CST-3.3 LDO (3-pins).
Vin = 5V, Vou t = 3.3V Fixed. Icc = 150mA.

This is a 3-pin device with a GND tab.

Is there a TI equivalent? I did a parametric search and found only 5-pin devices matching the voltage and current requirements.

The LM2937IMP-3.3 from the National Semi portfolio could work. Same SOT-223 package, same pin out, good for 5V to 3.3V conversion, similar output capacitance requirement, but LM2937IMP-3.3 has 400mA output current rating.

I suggest going with the National part. It looks like it meets your requirements.
