BQ24600: Schematic and PCB review

We are developing a 6S (25.4V) 4A to 10A charger using the BQ24600 and would like to get the schematic and PCB reviewed on private chat. The current schematic and component selections are done as per 6S 4Amp charger.
We have used the application note SNVAA85 ( https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snvaa85/snvaa85.pdf?ts=1736234354117 ) to implement the CC/CV circuit with the BQ24600. Please do take a look at the layout and scehmatic and let me know if it's good to go for prototyping.
