I got the LM3645 EVM wanted to make sure whether LM3644 GUI works for LM3645 as well? as I couldn't find LM3645 GUI on the TI website.

We haven't develop GUI for LM3645 and LM3644's GUI is not compatible.

We recommend to use USB2ANY to drive LM3645. It is based on write register of LM3645 by I2C. You could download GUI of USB2ANY on TI.COM. If you need help using GUI of USB2ANY to drive LM3645, please let me know.
