TPS745-Q1: SPICE Model for TPS74518PQWDRVRQ1

Hi Team, 

I need SPICE model for the part TPS74518PQWDRVRQ1 (Fixed voltage IC)

I have used TPS745 model from TI website  but it has Adjustable mode IC and other variants of it

model taken from link: www.ti.com/.../TPS745

Can i get the FIXED voltage IC SPICE model for part TPS74518PQWDRVRQ1  to perform simulation (VOUT=1.8V)?

    The same library have been installed, but it has Adjustable mode IC and other variants (containing 4pins only) of it

    Can you particularly specify the IC (subckt) to be used for Fixed 1.8V output? We need the pin configuration as shown below . Image taken from datasheet

    Also in the variants EX:- .subckt TPS74501P_S2 1 2 3 4 --> we cannot identify the pin functions. Could you specify the pin functions for this and also differentiate these variants  - TPS74501P_S1,2,3,4, TPS74501P_F1, TPS745H01P_H2?

    I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this. The model I sent has 5 pins. 

    I did forget to go back through and change the naming convention. See the attachment below for the model with the naming convention updated to reflect the 1.8V fixed version.

    In the model I just attached, the main .subckt is TPS74518P_TRANS. The remaining .subckt are used by the main one.

    TPS74501P_S2 in the previous model is a voltage-controlled switch. The others with a similar name, e.g. TPS74501P_S4, are other switches with different on/off characteristics. The TPS74501P_F1 is something like a current-controlled current source, and TPS74501P_H2 is similar. These are used in the main .subckt, and it's not important to understand how each of them works.
