Hi team,

My customer has been considering TPS6287B30 for optical modules. Could you please kindly show the efficiency curve of the input and output conditions below?

Number of phase: 2 phases

Input voltage: 3.3V

Output voltage: 0.4V and 0.6V

Output current: 24A(12A per phase)

Switching frequency: 1.5MHz

Mode: FPWM

    Hi Yamamoto-san,

    The D/S gives a curve with your conditions, but the inductor used is probably too large for your customer.  The efficiency is the same for all devices.

    Can you send an email with your customer, requirements, and schedule?  We can work with you to find the most suitable inductor and the best solution.
