PTN78000H: Maximum Junction Temperature and Thermal Resistance parameter values.

When conducting thermal analysis, I need the values of the Maximum Junction Temperature and Thermal Resistance parameters. However, they are not listed in the data sheet. Can I get both values?

Hi Kim,

It does not look like we will provide thermal parameters for Module as it is not a discrete device and kind of a PCB in itself.

We guarantee operation till 85C with thermal derating mentioned in the datasheet. So as long as it meets customer's temp range... It should be good with performance.
