May I know if solid state relays a replacement for the osip-1a-05 (this kind of relays)? And are there any other parts recommended to substitute?

    Hello Jenny,

    Thanks for reaching out to our team on E2E. For relay replacement, it all depends on finding a suitable MOSFET. OSIP-1A-05 looks like a 200 VDC 0.5 A relay. Seems like TPSI3100 + RD3T075CN would be able to replace it.
