TPS82676: 8-pin uSiP package footprint

Hello, 

Could you please share the footprint documentation for the TPS82676 in 8-pin uSiP? 

The datasheet showed the mechanical drawing, but did not have the footprint drawing.

    Hi John,

    You can find the footprint on the device folder on ti.com for different sw tools.

    This should help to create the board.

    Hi Josef, 

    Thank you for the fast response. 

    I am assisting a customer with this question, they are not looking for the 3D CAD file, but instead a dimensioned 2D footprint. 

    It looks like only some devices have it in the DS, while others don't... Below is what i am referring to, could you share a footprint document for the TPS82676 that is like the following?

    Hi John,

    I have just recognized that in the data sheet you have the position of the ball defined in the package drawing and the pad size is shown on chapter 12 Layout. So there is no need for an additional footprint, correct?
