Hello,
on the TPS1H200, the current limit needs to be reduced to approx. 100mA.
However, the accuracy of the current control is only specified in the data sheet from 250mA.
1. Is a current limit below 250mA possible with the block?
2. What deviation should be expected at <250mA?

Hello Rea,
As you pointed out the datasheet outlines the 250mA limit at 20% accuracy (displayed below). Setting the limit lower than what is spec'd in the datasheet will not guarantee current limit accuracy and device performance.
A better device for this use case can be the TPS1H000 which has a range that better fits this application.
