Hello,

We are designing a 5V supply from a 100Ah single cell LiFePO4 battery. Maximum output current is 500 mA. Could you please suggest appropriate ICs which are able to boost the cell voltage to 5V, and have integrated battery protection features, so as to shut down when the battery is empty.

The battery we are using is Narada FE100A 3.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery, which has a working range from 2.5 ~ 3.65 V. The device should shut down at minimum battery voltage of 2.5 V to prevent damage.

You mean output larger than 1A?

If it's input current limit , TPS61029 is okay .
