I am writing to inquire about the recent specification change noted in PCN#20241015002.1, where the minimum value of the PWM maximum duty cycle for the UC2843AN has been adjusted from 94% to 92%.
We understand that there have been no changes to the device itself. However, could you please clarify the reason for this adjustment in the datasheet specification? Was this change made due to greater-than-expected production variability?
Our customer is particularly concerned about this change as it impacts their design. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
