TPS22915: Solution to replace GLF71301

Hi Sir,

 We find power switch solution to compete with GLF's product at E-book application. But customer response our product has higher Iq performance. Do we have suitable solution to replace GLF's ones?

GLF71301:  TPS22915CYFPR

GLF72120:   TPS22964CYZPR

    Hi Gary,

    For GLF72120, you can recommend TPS22953. Our device have same ron and shutdown current is also very low. Iq is slightly higher at 34uA but its better than 66uA of TPS22964.

    For GLF71301, I find it strange that Iq is lesser than Isd in there datasheet. I don't think that is correct. You can recommend TPS22922 or TPS22916/7. 

    Please have look on this table also. I have added filter and sorted according to the Iq (low to high). This will help in finding the better part recommendation.
