UCC256404: Temperature uprating data at -55 deg C

Tool/software:

We have developed one DC-DC converter using LLC controller UCC256404 for Aerospace application.

Same product we want to use it for military application where operating temperature requirement is -55 deg C. Is there any test data available for this LLC controller at -55 deg C?

HI Nilesh,

Unfortunately, we did not perform any characterization testing at -55C. The best I can provide is our CPK data from -40 to 125C. CustFriendly_Cpk_Report_UCC256404.pdf

Hi JCHK,

Thank you for your reply and providing Cpk test data. Is it possible to perform same Cpk test at -55 deg C? If not possible in TI then is it possible to test it at any outside lab?

Hi Nilesh,

I don't think it's possible to test the IC at -55C from our end.
