Thank you for your reply. Customer is aksing "Psi-jt (Ψjt) Junction-to-Top of Package" whereas your answers are "Theta-Ja Junction-to-Ambient" and Theta-Jc Junction-to-Case". Could you share "Psy-Jt Junction-to-Top"?
