Can i use BQ76952 EVM board to configure an external BQ76952 IC( a separate AFE PCB board designed ) through BQStudio??

Hello Divya,

You can use an BQ76952 EVM board to configure an external BQ76952 IC through bqStudio. I would double-check the EVM User Guide schematic to consider what connections need to be made/changed.

Hello Divya,

After double-checking the EVM schematic, as long as you keep the AFE off on the EVM, J16 and J19 shunts are connected to uC_SCL and uC_SDA, and connect the external AFE through the external I2C connections, it should be fine.
