UC1825: UC1825J Power regulation range

Hi 

We are using the UC1825J as a PWM controller for aircraft lighting. The UC1825 is controlling switching transistors and transformers to use the aircraft power source of 20V to 31V. The output is 28V +/-3V. What is the range of regulation of the UC1825J? Will the output remain in regulation when the DC input drops to 20V? The main output is divided down to 2.5V and compared with a fixed +2.5V reference

    Hi,

    The IC regulation range is based on its duty cycle range which needs your design to be properly made to observe. So you need to check if your design is made properly. If you find the device duty cycle cannot be reached based on the datasheet specs after you confirm your design is made properly then please provide your schematics and waveform to show at what conditions with what duty cycle and result what Vout drop.
