Hi,
We are looking at using the UCC287505DBVR and were planning on using the TCMT1107 similarly to the evaluation board. We started doing some research due to concerns of reliabilities and such of opto-couplers and found that TI now offers Opto-emulators with one article found that recommended the ISOM8110. Is there any concern or recommendations with using the ISOM8110 in place of the TCMT1107?

Hi Ning,

If I was to use the TCMT1107 for a flyback design with the UCC28705, would the ISOM8110 be an appropriate drop in replacement to the TCMT1107 to take advantage of the opto emulator capabilities. This is based on this article that we found:
