I tried using UCD3138ACCEVM149 to control UCD3138ALLCEVM150. After burning the UCD3138A code downloaded from the official website, I was unable to output 12V and the indicator light "Failures" turned red.

My operation steps are:
1.Input power supply 380V, 300mA DC power, and output connected to a load of 12 Ω. On UCD3138ALLCEVM150, a jumper is installed on J6
2.Connect the computer and UCD3138ACCEVM149 using USB-TO-GPPIO2.0,a jumper is installed on J6 ，and a jumper is installed on J2
3.Burn the downloaded code in this way.
4.Display download successful. At this point, it should be in "program" mode. My understanding is that there can be output with 380V electricity, but there is no output at this time.
